It’s impossible to connect because you need an account number but you can’t get an account number. Amazon scam cause it’s also non refundable lol

I followed the directions from other reviewers and put a nickname in, entered my phone number, created a password and checked the disclaimer. It works. Make sure if you have a VPN you turn it off.

This actually ruined Valentine’s Day. Nothing is more frustrating that a non English support when you item doesn’t work. Absolutely frustrating and ruined Valentine’s Day for my wife and I.

So simple all you have to do is your account number is your cell phone number. then you come up with the password the disclaimer and the app works.
Worst app ever
You can’t use this at all! Asks you to create an account but gives you no other option that FB, but then never ever actually connects and setups the account. Waste of money!

How to open account
For anyone struggling to register I just put my phone number as account and then you have to press the disclaimer button and scroll down and agree…. This then lets you register and works well.
