About

Keep running with Apple Watch and Apple Fitness. Miriam organizes the rest. When you open Miriam for the first time, running history from Apple Watch and Apple Fitness is organized automatically. Total distance, time, belt grade, personal records, and mileage achievements appear on one screen. • Every angle: Track distance, pace, heart rate, elevation, cadence, and more across daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, all-time, course, and standard-distance views, from 1 mile to 100 miles. • Goals and streaks: Create goals such as weekly distance, monthly run count, or 10K finishes. Miriam records whether each period was completed and counts streaks. • Frequent routes become courses: Choose one saved run and register it as a course. Similar past routes, and future runs with similar GPS paths, are automatically matched to the same course. See pace, heart-rate, and distance trends for familiar roads in one place. • Find your best by condition: Filter sessions by standard distance or course, then sort by distance, time, pace, average heart rate, cadence, power, active calories, elevation gain, ground contact time, and more. Miriam also finds standard-distance bests inside longer runs, such as the fastest 10K within a 12 km run. • Compare with past records: Pace, heart rate, and elevation charts can show past averages for the same course and your own average for the same standard distance. • Records and belt grades: View personal records, goal streaks, mileage achievements, and yearly medals in one place. Total distance is represented as a belt grade from white to blue, purple, brown, black, and red. • Share cards: Session cards turn a single run into a map or photo summary, while period cards summarize your day, week, month, year, or all-time records. Choose Satellite or Explore map styles, and include route heatmaps in period cards. • Home Screen widgets: Add goal progress and recent runs to Home Screen widgets to see them without opening the app. Add as many goal widgets as you like, one per goal, while the Activity widgets let you pick which period to show — today, this week, this month, this year, or all time. Miriam is free to use. Miriam Pro unlocks trend charts for every metric, share cards and data export, and unlimited goals and courses, with a one-month free trial. Miriam never sends your health or workout data to third-party servers. Everything is read from HealthKit and processed on your device, with no analytics SDKs, no ad SDKs, and no tracking. Your goals and courses sync only to your own iCloud. Course names are stored, never the routes you ran. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

What's New in Miriam

4.96

September 17, 2026

• Your runs now also record times for the standard distances they cover. For example, if you run 11 km, your fastest 5K and 10K within that run are measured too. These times appear in the list and count toward your personal bests. • Record notifications are simpler. Monthly rankings are gone, yearly records show only 1st place, and all-time records show up to 3rd place. • The first time you open the app after updating, it recalculates your records once.
