Great Concept, Failed Execution

I signed up for the option to get skincare support. When you submit for a consultation, it says you will get a reply in 24 hours. Here we are four days later…no reply.

Premium prices have to be a glitch…..

Otherwise it’s $289.99 for a month, $799.99 a year, or $59.99 forever!? BUUT WAIT THERES MORE, the $799.99 a year option is dealer “BeSt VaLuE” are you kidding me??

I cant log in

I had this app and i wanted to restart so i deleted my account but when i try to create one again it goes back to the first page. i even tried deleting the app and it still doesn’t work!

Fine App

Still pretty new to this app but I love that it did NOT ask me to review it which is always annoying. It just has an option to get points if you do review it- so it's totally up to you. It's a pretty unique app. I've wanted to keep track of my skincare & habits (exfoliating weekly etc.) but could only find a pic of a chart to print out which seems kinda sill. It's a BIG pet peeve of mine that cosmetic companies put an expiration date based on when you open the item- im NEVER going to remember what day I opened an eye cream!! But this app let's you add products you use & a date which is sooo helpful! Overall I really like this app & think it's informative & helpful which is awesome! No annoying pop ups or any of that stuff. I think all you beauty/ skincare junkies would like it for sure!

Wonderful

I used this app for years and loved it. It was easy to use, you snap a selfie, it analyzed your skin, you could select the products you used that day, and make notes on changes. Now it's super complicated and I don't understand the reason for the massive change. No new features here except you can add more pictures now, and the new interface is a user nightmare. Unfortunately I'll be looking for another app. This no longer appeals to me.
