Camera error

We tried this app on two iPhones with same result, clicking on camera to take selfie photo returns Error-Please try again. We could not get past this problem.

I had this app. I liked my emoji but then stop working so I deleted the app to reinstall it but now it does not bring up my emoji very disappointed. I don’t know what they updated but it’s not working.

FIX THE BUGS!

I downloaded this app a couple years ago and they gave me no problems making my character and I loved it so much I deleted it and then I downloaded it just a couple days ago and I wanted to make a character but it didn’t load once I picked my gender then it told me to choose a style I didn’t show me the styles it was just loading I have re-download it many times I’ve gone out of the app and back in many times it doesn’t work please fix this bug so I can use it again I really love this app and I want to use it again thank you
