This App cleared my head
This app was introduced to me by a friend. I know it is not used for therapy, however everything that has been floating around in my head causing anxiety and overthinking, I asked about. It was spot on as to what was causing these things in my life. It was amazing the clarity I have after getting the thoughts out. It was like talking to my best friend! I feel like I figured out my life in 4 days. Very blunt and things I needed to hear. Very useful app that I will keep handy anytime I am stressed and need to figure out my thoughts
