This will easily replace my scrolling. I can’t believe how interactive and personalized it is. I’m truly in awe. Unlike some more popular meditation apps, this one is literally built for me on a daily basis and can pivot when I need to pivot. The journal and ranting features are also incredible. I cannot emphasize enough how beneficial this has been on my journey towards a more positive outlook on life!!!! You need this app!!!
