Can’t even log in. Gives an error message every single time. Don’t bother downloading.
Good but not necessary
I think it’s cool that I can look where other players are and change my runner tag from my phone but it’s not necessary. You should be able to change your tag in-game. You can keep track of all pick ups and game progress via this app.
One problem I’ve been having is signing in the app. It says unknown error has occurred.
Aside from the app; the game is amazing and the story leaves you wondering what the next step will be. The majestic, open views and free roam is awesome!

Terrible App
Doesn’t function, nor does it accept my login. Don’t waste your time.

I can’t even sign in. I spent 30 minutes trying to convince the stupid thing to let me change my password, another 10 to convince it to take a password (despite the fact that it was within the requirements), and after all that?
“Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later.”
I’m so tired of this being the case. “Oh, let’s make a mobile app connected to our game!” And then that app doesn’t even work. Come on man.

Remains one of my favorite games ever
Catalyst and the original game are my absolute favorite games. I love them too ridiculously much.
Pointless
Why can’t you just customize your emblem in game? Why relegate that functionality to an external device for seemingly no reason? You already have a map in game, and the one in the app isn’t functional. So what’s the point of the app at all? To get you to create an EA account? App works fine. It’s existence, however, is questionable.

Won’t let me sign in
So I got the game two weeks ago and I wanted to customize my runner emblem so I looked up how to. And I was told to get the app to but when I go to sign in it says “error try again later” every time I try to login
Poor Account management
Been trying for 30 minutes to find some way on the EA website and this app to link the EA account to my PSN, somehow that’s not an option both in-game or the app itself, all just to customize your runner tag??

Been pretty great so far but questionable.
So far my experience with this app has been well, the data you input into the app updates real time with your game so that you can customize whenever you want and you can see your position. However, the only thing that the app holds desirable is the map and in game customization feature. The map is already in game so why not make it so that you can customize in game as well? The app just seems like a useless attachment when instead you could just add the abilities of the app into the game.

Login issue
I have previously downloaded the app and it worked just fine but when I try and download it now and login I can’t it just says error and try again later. I would really hope you guess can fix this because I love the game.

I love the app for mirrors edge companion but I cannot log in into my account on the companion app
Doesn’t work on iOS
So I downloaded the game I created my account but when I finish making my account it said my EA account didn’t own the game so I kept resetting it I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it again but it still doesn’t work so I don’t know what’s happening but I don’t think this works on iOS.

Sadly, only EA accounts can sign in. No accounts for those who play on Xbox sadly. Useless unless I end up owning it for my EA account.
