it doesn’t work everytime i open the app it lets me set up an account but after that it doesn’t work it just freezes i can’t even play the game
No support
There is no support for this game from the developers. Cannot connect to Facebook although there are prompts and rewards for doing so. It says “this game is not supported. Developers are aware.”
Lost all my levels and purchases
Tech support won’t help me. I lost all my crystals, amulets and purchases I made after the last iPad os update. I’ve played this game for more than five years under the name Lady Brontë. Is there a way to restore to my purchases and progress? If not I will have to quit, I can’t see starting all over. I opened so many new levels. Please let me know. I’m not a beginner. Please help.

Cannot download extra content saying error connecting server, sad finding this game after years but still couldn’t play.
Could be better.
I recently am unable to hear anything on the game with sounds and volume up. All my other games prove no problem; and I would play it so much more if it was not impossible to get the elephant to cough up the items I need to get into the garden, because it’s impossible to find birds already to trade it with.

Total Bust-Super Mad
So unhappy and disappointed. Been playing this game for years. Had all locations open and had many achievements. Had lots of money and gems. Lost it all when there was an issue with the game. Had to delete it and redownload. Lost everything and wants me to start over. Not doing it.

Mas não acessa minha conta que estava vinculada ao Facebook, e o jogo pede uma atualização no meio do jogo e não atualiza e fica travado dando erro de servidor, arrumem por favor.
Won’t download
After completing I guess the tutorial, a prompt shows up to download or update more data for the game, but when I try, the download bar flashes on & off screen before an error message about the network shows up. I’ve tried uninstalling & installing again, I’ve tried at multiple networks, without network, & nothing has worked. :(

i’m trying to start playing this game but after choosing my character & name it freezes & just plays music. doesn’t go any further into the crime scene….
Never gets past adding your name.
Simply can’t get past adding your name then it hangs on a blurry image with music. Left if 20 minutes each time. Gave up.

Fix the stupid Facebook issue!
I lost all my progress this was my favorite game but it doesn’t even have tech support!!! You deserved to be bankrupt putting all the blame on Facebook for the issues instead of your app issue is dumb. Your taking everyone’s money without even earning it! I can’t believe you dropped the ball this bad! Shut the game down entirely if you are going to be this way!

Too many challenges
Lots of challenges pops up at same time. Always forcing to purchase. Difficulty levels are purposely set high so that the user can’t complete single challenge without purchasing their packages. No response from support team. After you find all items in a collection, you will need some more supporting items to turn-in the collection and it is very difficult to get them, hence you are stuck there.

Game has been abandoned by the developers due to bankruptcy. Don’t spend money on it and next to impossible to progress now. Beware. Still fun to play but not like before

Used to really love playing. I could play for long periods of time a day. Now I play for 5-10 minutes. It’s taking me longer to write this review. They made so many changes recently which are horrible. Cost to much to explore rooms energy does not replenish quick at all. They want you to spend real money which is ridiculous for us on a budget folks. I had to change devices twice and I lost all my friends over 1000. Now I dont receive gifts back nor do I get items I need when I request them. I’m not sure who is running this game. But really? It’s just NOT FUN anymore
