Why did you stuff up a great app?

Not at all user friendly. Also - just to check my handicap I am sent to a different website. Have to sign in. MiScore can see my handicap on any course why send me to another website? Shocking

Hi, your handicap value can only be shown prior to starting your round in Miscore as this is IP of Golf Australia which have restrictions on how and where this value can be shown.
Nice new interface but one problem for me.
The new interface is nice and there seems to be more features.
There is a problem where if you leave the app to go to another app and then come back to MiScore, the MiScore screen is largely unresponsive to most finger presses. Only restarting the app resolves the problem but then reoccurs if you switch to a different app and come back to MiScore.

Poor update to app, more complicated to use now.
This update takes longer to load, display way too busy, more steps to get the available data. Please revert back to previous version as that worked fine and simple to use.
Text size
The readability of the app has been reduced by the new update. Needs to be less busy on the screen with more contrast and larger font size- or at least the option to increase font size.
Great update
The new update has taken this app to the next level. Great to have a whole range of stats to track
Latest update
The latest update has just now cause the app to not even load just comes up with error and reloaded and still an issue.
Text size issue
Always enjoyed the app but am unable to understand why the ability to increase font size has been taken away? Why update an app, spruik new features and take away the ability to increase the text size? That’s a basic piece of functionality
MiScore Update
I loved MiScore up until the most recent update. The screen now seems crowded and the white background just doesn’t work. Simple is better, it’s about the golf not the app. I appreciate a lot of users will appreciate the additional features but can I just have the old interface back?
Difficult to read
I suspect the designer of the new app had excellent eyesight. The readability needs to be improved for those that don’t
Bring back the previous version
Whilst playing, the UN previous version was straight forward, clear and right sized numbers, colours for use in daylight, quick access for essential numbers whilst playing.... more logical.
Amazing support
I messaged MiScore twice with queries and they got back to me within a couple of days both times and with the answers I needed. Absolutely amazing customer service from Elena.
Mi score 2 ruined a great app
Since last weeks update the ever reliable MiScore isn’t so great. Today’s round it crashed 3 times on my phone. Out of 65 users at our golf club today less than half could submit scores. The old app if there was a score discrepancy it would tell you which hole it was and was an easy fix. Now it just spins endlessly at score submission. So you manually have to go through each hole and submit. Some players today gave up and submitted written score cards instead.
The pro shop mi score system also crashed and unable to get back online the logo just spins.
Mi score was a brilliant idea and success not sure why update wasn’t tested prior to release. It’s really disappointing and frustrating.

HI, sorry to hear about this... It does sound like there was an issue with the 'backend system' which receives the scores as well as an issue with your app which could be related to running a VPN. If you could try again (ensuring VPN is disabled) and let us know if the crashing still continues via support@miclub.com.au so we can try and diagnose it further with your assistance. Hopefully you should be back to scoring as usual soon as reported by other app users who have upgraded.
GPS
I use a third party GPS because this only gives a Center reference. Unfortunately this causes the app to act like it is shut down and it then has to restart the whole thing. If you can give me three measurements (front, middle and back) that would make a third party app unnecessary.
Just a couple of tweaks
Could you make it so we can send our scores to others. Also make the screen fit on one screen when looking at your score card. Cheers
Subscription issue
My golf club provides “home-club only” access to the app. I want to buy an annual subscription, so that I can use the app on multiple courses. When I try to purchase the subscription, I get “Subscription Verification Error”. My payment method hods are all current and work with other apps, but not this one. MiScore says it’s an apple issue. Apple says it’s an app issue. Given that MiScore is the only app that presents this issue, guess who I believe.

Multiple Failures
Over the last 3 months I have had an ongoing issue. During a round the app stops responding and I have to restart multiple times. At the end of the round partner and I agree scores app moves to signature page, I sign and it crashes and I get a failure message. When I try to restart the app all clubs and my scores have been deleted and I need to set the app up again. I have completely deleted the app as instructed several times and reloaded but it still happens. Emailed them a week ago no response…

Incorrect Course information
The app worked well for the first year. Now all the PAR recorded for the holes on my course are incorrect. Has been for months and no improvement.
Need Scoring on Apple Watch
Really need the ability to record score of Apple Watch
Ok but…
New to the app with my course adopting it for comps. Have been using it socially to get familiar.
In concept this is good - the watch integration is handy. However I have picked up 2 issues:
1. The GPS is not reliable - inaccurate on every hole by roughly 10-15 meters
2. The watch offers distance and nothing else - can’t use it to score or anything else.
This means I need to continue to run 2 separate golf apps while playing - a bit fiddly and disappointing for a paid app.

Hi Cam, 1. We would like to check the GPS for you, could you please advise the course. 2. We are debating regarding scoring on the watch. We are about to complete MiScore 2 and will look at watch scoring after the release.
