What’s the Point of this App?

I logged in, looked over the mostly blank home page, and checked that the settings were correct. My mistake! Now I can’t leave the settings screen. The next appointment field was blank and there wasn’t much else on the home page. With how much the eye doctor talked up the app and getting signed up for the app, you’d think the app would be more than something that uses up storage on my phone.

One error after another

One error after another.

I try to login. Error.

I try to input our information in settings. Error.

Other places? Error.

And then there’s a never ending spinning wheel in multiple areas.

Their website isn’t much better. At least not on the phone. I haven’t tried on the computer.

I’m starting to worry about the quality of the contacts if this is the quality levels of their technology.

Useless app

Don’t tell me my contacts have shipped with absolutely no helpful information like TRACKING! My 11 year old could create a better app.
Clearly all you care about is taking your patients money.

Broken

App is completely broken. HTTP errors and won’t display any information. No contact info for support. Worthless in current iteration.

App is glitchy

Every time I attempt to log into my account it gives an error message. I think the app probably needs updated. There’s no way on the app for me to get support to have it fixed either. I can’t view my daughters visits or plan and it says null null for name. It does let me log in and doesn’t give me password error which it did previously.
