I tried it so you don’t have to - Avoid the Headache

I’m an experienced seller on several other platforms. Run the other direction if you want to avoid a constant headache from setup to listing to shipping to seller levels to scanning to EVERYTHING. Not comprehensive and not intuitive. If I could describe my experience with one word it would be “Restrictive”. If I could describe their customer service with one word it would be “Goodluck” (I know that’s 2 words I squished into 1). Their scanner with one word - “inaccurate” and “limited” also comes to mind. I could go on but I’ve already wasted enough time on this app.

Seller Review

Very disappointing seller experience. I tried to be transparent and proactive from the beginning to resolve a customer mix-up, but the support process has been frustrating and unfair.
Misprint stated they were unable to get ahold of one of the affected customers, yet they still suggested refunding customers and allowing them to keep the cards, even though there was no proof provided that the customers actually requested a refund. That makes no sense and puts the seller in a bad position.
Before asking a seller to issue refunds, there should be clear documentation or written confirmation from the customers. Instead, the process felt one-sided, poorly handled, and not supportive of sellers who are trying to do the right thing.
I expected better communication, fairness, and a more reasonable resolution process.

Stellar App

I was trying to find a app I could sell cards at without having to go to shows when I’m too busy and was able to get my store up and running and make sales on my first day

The algorithm makes sure you’re not underselling yourself

The sales don’t feel scalpy

I’m overall having a dope time as a new collector and sell at and the pressure to be the GREATEST SELLER EVER is non existent 🙏

It’s not there yet

I downloaded this program because I wanted to support a newer smaller app to track my cards and the market. I mainly use it to keep track of my collection and to see its value. Well scanning the cards is the BIGGEST slog ever. The scanner does not work 80% of the time. I know it’s in beta but how is it you can scan a slab or a barcode but not a card? Out of all of the apps this has the worst raw card scanner. Also can we update the pictures on some of these cards? They have terrible lighting on these cards no wonder it can’t scan my card. I want to support more but please fix your scanner system, update the photo’s of the cards, at least let me be able to search the cards and add them to my collection.

App is garbage

Won’t let me sell any of my cards. Keeps giving me error messages. Tried like 3 different cards and won’t let me list anything. Had high hopes for it but this app is trash.

Was Promising

I found out about Misprint through my Instagram feed and decided to give it a shot. On my first order, I purchased 3 slabs and a raw card. They were all decently priced. They weren’t much cheaper than let’s say eBay, but with the $25 off promo it made my first purchase a better deal.

Two of the slabs arrived safely and on the third one I encountered an issue. The third slab arrived with a crack in the plastic. I tried to reach out to the seller and had to dig around Misprint’s help section to see what my options are. After awhile, I got frustrated and decided to take the hit. All the hassle wasn’t worth it over a $50 slab.

Pros About Misprint:
• Nice app interface
• $25 off your first order over $100

Cons About Misprint:
• Not a huge selection of cards readily available
• App is a bit slow & unresponsive sometimes
• Actual conditions of cards or slabs aren’t clearly depicted by the photos sometimes
• The return process can be tedious especially if you’re new to the app
• Help section requires a bit of digging to find what you need which I’m sure was by design

Misprint could potentially be a good app and source for collectors to purchase cards at competitive prices, but buying with confidence is something I haven’t experienced. Will I order again on Misprint? Probably not. I rather pay a little bit more for a better shopping experience.

Great app buut..

The app seems pretty easy to use but my only gripe is that I believe it’s sponsored by PSA. Only type of slabs that you can buy. After psa’s reputation crash, I only buy TAG so it leaves me with the option of buying/selling only raw copies. Hopefully apps can start getting away from getting sponsored by psa. Leaving so much extra money on the table.

Buying blind

I love this app other than the fact you are buying raw cards blind. They are just showing a copy of the card instead of the actual card you are going to buy.

App needs work because of bugs or glitches.

Love the app and how easy it is to use most of the time but I keep encountering app lock ups or not loading. Could just be my iPhone 16.

Phenomenal!

Hands down, best app to use for listing and selling Pokémon cards. No outrageous fees for selling your own cards (like CollX), and the whole experience runs so smooth. Love it

Disappointing

I had real high hopes for this app, especially after seeing all the promotional ads for it. With that being said, the app has many flaws along with being very slow. When adding to a collection it left the pop up notification on the screen forever until you closed the app completely, sections would take minutes to load, consistently laggy, and difficult to navigate despite the tour that is offered. When looking for cards it also does not let you filter for what language type card you may or may not be looking for which is slightly annoying. These are only a couple of the problems I wanted to mention.

I also “received” a $5 store credit for using a referral code, was even given a pop up confirming that it was active and would be utilized on my next purchase, but when I found a card I liked and went to purchase, I did not attach the store credit.

Overall, I am very disappointed that this app did not work as I was excited to use the referral offers myself and tell friends to join, but it wouldn’t be a good idea to waste their time with an app that unfortunately needs a lot more work to be used for card shopping. Hope the company can learn and grow from these thoughts and come back stronger!

Great app

Love it it could use some fine tuning but I can see this app being huge down the road.

Not what expected

The interface of the app is really neat, Pricing and collection value tools were nice.

I downloaded this app by being reeled into the low selling fees and easy to use system, as claimed in the ad but it is not user-friendly and it provided way too many hurdles to make a listing. (Which i was unsuccessful at)

The scan tool was missing multiple times, either not working at all or capturing the wrong card (which used one of my scan limits)

Selling was pretty much impossible on this app. I attempted 7-8 different RAW cards and failed to be able to list them. This was either due to me wanting to not list way below market (Which it prevented me from listing at market value). Once i caved in to listing dollars below market, I was prompted with an error because my tier wasn’t adequate.

I tried to sell cards from most recent sets. (at the time is Mega Evolutions Perfect Order and Ascended Heroes) which I struggled to find them available or they weren’t on the app, which the sets have been out for months.

I cannot speak for the buying side, because the selling side was so rough I didn’t even get a chance to attempt since I have spent a full hour going to and from different pages to create my seller’s account, and attempt to list cards

Overall, the app has potential but far too user-friendly for me to move from Ebay, TCGPlayer, or even Mercari at the moment.

Is psa the only grading company out there?

Not everyone is interested in purchasing cards graded by psa. After doing my research, this company is disgusting. This speaks volumes about those overseeing this project.

ElitePokeVault Seller Review

I’ve had a fantastic experience with the Misprint.com app! I set up my own Pokémon store, and Misprint was actually my first customer—they bought three cards from me! Since then, I’ve made 19 sales and over $1,000 in revenue. The app makes creating listings super easy, and their support and communication are top-notch. While I’m not the biggest fan of Stripe, the payout process is smooth: about two days after a customer receives their item, I get my payout. Plus, Misprint’s fees are lower than other platforms, much better than eBay’s. Overall, I love the app and will definitely keep using it!

50/50

just beware that you’re buying from a site that offers NO money back guarantee. i’ve been ripped off 3 times and double charged once so just beware as a buyer. the seller side is cake, makes selling cards effortless. edit: no refunds. all refunds denied and even sold fake cards. ebay is more trustworthy than this app. buyer beware

Amazing app would recommend to anyone

Cant stress this enough! I’ve had nothing but good experiences buying and selling!

Scanning feature

The scanning feature doesn’t work. The app is a great concept though so I hope they get it working.
