I have tried using the app several times and ai always fail.
You can wait for 4 hours for one order and they don’t deliver it.

Worst experience ever!!stayed from 3:15 pm to 9:00pm waiting my order then after my 3rd call was informed that they don’t have the medicine prescribed,I wonder what will happen to a patient with an urgent need

كانت صيدلية تعاملاتها محترمة لكن للاسف بقالي كام شهر كل ما اطلب الادوية الشهرية بفضل منتظرة اكتر من ٥ او ٦ ساعات علشان توصل .. وساعات ما يجيش اصلاً غير تاني يوم ..

Bad experience - never again
After installing my app, I made an order. 2 hours later a lady called and told me that she needs to send me a number so I can redeem my points. Ok, she sent the number but nothing came. She called 10 minutes later but nothing came, eventually she was fed up and told me that she’d call IT!
50 minutes later I received 6 numbers! But no follow-up call. I tried to call the numbers that called me but it didn’t go through.
5 hours after my order, the medicine came. The receipt was a hand written paper that had my name, address, tel. Number and the total. All hand written. Unacceptable.
Prices in the application are not updated and I was told that verbally. Additionally the lady who called me told me to forget my points for this purchase till I get the number? Not to mention there are items not available in the app but available at the pharmacy.
The whole idea of this was to get points and give loyalty to Misr Pharmacy. That didn’t happen and I will uninstall the app.

Search Option
Couldnt locate a search option on the app which is very impractical. All applications have this option but I could not locate it on this app
