An app I didn’t know I needed…
This app is user friendly and speaks to me as a business woman over 40 of color. The in-app has a community for all. One of the in-app communities I tapped into was “Miss Grounded 7-Day Affirmation”. The affirmations served as a daily reminder to center myself while I transition to a new phase in my career.
