I find it an absolute joke that my local store doesn't have facilities to scan the app. You have to order beforehand and let them know you out it through the app ahead of time. Otherwise they don't see it. The app has also been down for AGES, I want to use the 1200 points I have and I can't tmdo anything with it until it comes back. I messaged them and they ignored me. Terrible, awful company.

According to the app no store in Scotland
Why have an app that says the only stores are around Bristol? I drive past the store everyday near Musselburgh and thought I’d download the app to make it easier to order and collect!! Poor show.

Doesn’t work
I download the app to get the free burger and doesn’t work. I then try order without the burger through the app and still doesn’t work waste of time
