Truly the worst app ever
It won’t let me deposit more than $100.00 per day from my linked bank account UNLESS I do a wire transfer (ACH). An ACH requires bank routing number, and the routing number provided by the app is unrecognizable by my bank. The app claims that you can use Venmo app to transfer money to the prepaid debit card, but THAT doesn’t work, either. AND the app’s directions for completing the Venmo transfer do not line up with the options in Venmo. And lastly, my Mission Lane debit card didn’t even show up in the Venmo app. There isn’t a thing that this app gets right. It is totally useless and deserves 0 stars.

Scam
I received a email stating if I opened a new Mission Money Account I would get a 500.00 increase if I funded my account with 200.00. What happens? They can’t find the email that they sent me stating that. Even though I did everything as ask they are not going to honor it. They said I’d have to find the email and send it to them so they can investigate. I delete old emails. I should have to jump through hoops. I didn’t make it up. He even acknowledged it the current promo. I’m closing these accounts.

Still Lame Mission Lane Product - Debit Card
Basic debit card that cannot stand up even to Wells Fargo. The app is constantly breaking, you can’t transfer money out of this account easily, and I have to go through too much security just to login every single time. Plus, you can’t use both the credit and debit product in the same Mission Lane app. No thanks to this.

Takes too long to deposit money
I deposited money directly through my bank into mission money on a Thursday and today is Tuesday and the deposit still isn't completed.. I'm very disappointed that it takes this long to clear money through mission lane when the money was taken out of my bank account days ago

Took my $200 . Haven’t sent a card in 2 weeks. No access to funds. They ignore emails and phone calls. Don’t fall for it!
Was promised $300 extra credit if i opened $100 debit card
They promised you that if you opened a debit card with them and put $100 on it that they would raise your credit $300 it’s taken weeks for them to take. It’s $100. It’s left my bank and it’s not showing in the debit card for Mission Lane I can only think that they’re trying to trick you and not give you the extra credit that they promised.. if by the seventh, I don’t see the extra credit I’m closing this debit card and taking back my money.

Love Mission Lane Credit card, this card not so much.
I absolutely love my Mission Lane credit card. They Gave me a second chance, and no complaints. I received a invitation to get this card, and if I did they would raise my credit limit by making a deposit. So I set up a account, set up a deposit from my bank account. THE SAME ACOUNT I PAY MY CREDIT CARD WITH. After the deposit is made, and before I receive my card they suspend my account due to suspicious activity!! I get a email to verify myself by submitting my ID. I think within a couple days I should be good. Nope. Over 3 weeks later I’ve received my card, sent emails, and talked to customer service, and all they can do is send a escalation. Absolutely nobody can help, and I’m stuck without my funds. What was suspicious? I have a credit card through the same company, and used the same bank account to fund it. Please do better Mission Lane!!

Mission Lane Debit Card
Mission cards are great, they do actually what they say their going to do. I got approved for a Mission Lane credit card , they sent me the Mission Lane debit card and said if I loaded and spent just 50.00 within 30 days after receiving the card that would double my credit limit on my credit card. Did just that and within a couple of days they indeed increase my …..great card to have if you are looking to rebuild your credit

I called support and they told me that is no option to transfer money out to my bank account.

After deposit was cleared they increased my credit line by $500.00. Great job Mission Credit Card and Mission Lane.

Missing debit card
Great addition to the Mission Credit card very helpful in managing cash flow spending and safe
Don’t even try it
This card is no good..I tried to add money to it on the 2/3 n it is still pending n the app is not even working..so I can not get in to look at anything..would give it zero stars if I could..come in u need to do better..I am very very unhappy with this card!!

I really wanted to give this a 5 but the way you have to add money is too difficult I use a local bank and most of them don’t have to the capability to add an outside account to transfer money so it kinda defeats the purpose only the major banks have that capability including cash app Venmo etc. I was trying to use this as a business card but no way to transfer money back and forth
