Horrible app.
To start, there is no option to use Face ID for login, and the app won’t let iCloud Keychain remember the password for the app. You have to search your passwords every time you login. There is no way that I’ve going to pay multiple bills at once with a credit card. Also the credit card payment interface is extremely buggy and unintuitive. A app is supposed to make navigating on a mobile device easier and quicker than the website. This does exactly the opposite.

All around bad.
review is for the app. The login interface is extremely buggy. I have the latest iPhone so it’s on them. Login text will not work and remember me will not work. Loading tables cut off with no control to fit screen. App needs work not a watch option… waste of developmental time.
No updates on over 4 years….
Don’t waste your time. Just open a browser and pay your bill or look at usage. This is just a poor browser emulation app that someone slapped together who probably hated their job.
Terrible and should be redone
It is possibly the worst app that I have ever attempted to use. Locks up over and over. It does not ever send the emails to add password…. It has so far been unable to send me a link. Useless !
Worst app
Can’t even log in cause apparently “section expire” or “too many accounts opened” like the heck?!! This just made me frustrated.
Completely Useless
The app is garbage. Go to the internet to do what you need to do. Payments are the biggest hassle, the “back” button has never worked, it never saves any information you put in it no matter how many times you elect for it, and don’t even attempt to use it unless you have an outstanding internet connection. I could go on and on.

Please someone update this app!
Using your phone’s browser and going to the webpage is much faster this using this 5 year old app.
What part of “Remember Me” don’t you understand?
One must log in every time.
Even if “Remember Me” is selected, it makes you enter the user name and password.
Once in, the layout is pathetic and a mystery to navigate.
Has anyone attempted to address this?

Disappointing
Slow, clunky, not updated to fit any modern iPhone screens.
New features
I enjoy the new feature which allows a report of my daily usage.

You’d think with all the money they charge us for services they could at least provide a decent app. The app is clunky, slow, and antiquated. Come on, Mississippi Power, you can do better than this garbage!
Does not work
Ap will not even open. I tried deleting and reinstalling. Still nothing.

I just downloaded the app to my phone and it’s like it’s frozen on the “title page” Are there any fixes for this?
Does not fit screen and logging issues
The app does not support my iPhone X screen. I was also unable to past my password from my password manager into the password field. I’m not going to try and type a random 20something length password on my phone. I’ll just use the website.

The app is basically useless. Easier just to go to the website and enter everything. Not sure why it’s necessary to have to enter EVERYTHING each time. Trying to pay my bill now and it’s a headache.

Better Features Needed
They need to upgrade like Singing River Electric to tell you how much power you’ve used at any given time during the month. But they won’t do that because they like to tax people. My bill was $120 for 3 weeks. 1 full week of which my power and air were completely off. Every other time my air stays between 78-80 degrees. How my bill was that high, I don’t know.

Honestly the worst app I've ever used
After 5 long years of owning Apple products I felt the need to write my first review to let people know how awful this app is. Worst UI of any app I've ever used. First of all it looks like it was designed in 2007 and hasn't been touched since. It won't allow you to stay logged in to the app, even if you have the "keep me logged in" box checked. It won't remember credit card information so if you want to pay with one of those I hope you have 20 extra minutes to log your card information in. If you want to progress through the credit card payment module you have to update each page just to scroll across (across? Really?) to push the button to move to the next page. And, when paying with a card, you can't just select to pay the full amount owed, you're just supposed to remember how much is due from the first page you saw 20 minutes ago. Isn't convenience supposed to be the point of this kind of app? It's honestly more convenient for me to go out of my way to use a computer to pay my bill then to use this crappy app. If they have someone come in to redesign and rework the app then I'll definitely give it another go but until then I'm staying away.

App needs some tweeking. For starters saving your log in information. Finger print log in would help.
