Faux fur
I have bought several faux fur coats, so it seems that I have a fondness for fur. I love cats too. It is very comforting and warm. I saw a Russian girl on a Christmastime podcast from Red Square in a long white and silver grey streaked fur coat. What a coat, Wow!!!! That was a coat!!!! These coats are great. I am very happy with them. I live in a very cold situation. I have been so much more comfortable in a fur coat!!!

No wish list
App used to be really good till around last year when it changed and there was no longer no wish list.. the lay out is awful now and just very basic. Hate shopping from here now.

The wish list is no longer there and I can’t seem to get any support on this.
Not having a wish list or favourites list makes me less likely to use this app as it’s not storing the items I previously liked. You have to search all over again.
The app is also not good in the sense if you see a coord outfit, it doesn’t give a suggestion for the second part of the outfit, you would have to go searching for that. Thats a bit annoying.

Not the best check out
I had to complete the check out about 6 times. It kept greying out the pay now button but wouldn’t give any error messages to say if anything’s been missed or is in correct. This was very frustrating.

Is said download app to get 99p next day delivery. When you try to apply the code it doesn’t work

Your website states 99p for next day delivery however it’s not applied. You advertise that it’s 20/30% off however the codes never seem to work, I tried speaking with customer services who failed to help and repeatedly kept sending generic information rather than responding to my question. Very little/none customer support
