MistakeBook is a reflection notebook for Grades 1–6. Each session guides students to describe an attempt, what went wrong, and a small next-step change. Entries are saved as read-only Mistake Cards, building a personal archive of thinking over time. Weekly pages help review patterns without scoring or correction.
