Vehicle wash

I just enrolled two of my four vehicles, the car wash and the employees are so far excellent, there is two things that you have to add, one is the floor mates machine wash and the other is to provide with a family package, with this two things you will kill the market for the others car wash, think smart as a business and not just to make money, l used to have Tommy’ but now they lost quality and service, you just $3.00 dlls more than you but you have to kept the qualities

No cancelaron mi servicio

Estuve en uno de los locales de mister car wash…. Queriendo cancelar mi suscripción, y me dijeron que ya mismo lo harían y con mis datos lo hicieron…. Pero no fue verdad, porque al siguiente mes… siguieron cobrando un servicio, que ya no estoy utilizando…. Por favor más seriedad con sus clientes….

Non-functional App

App always says “Something Went Wrong”. Website’s function to update payment methods does not work. If you can’t get a functioning app or website, I don’t think I can do business with you anymore.

The App is so easy to purchase a wash for dad, a friend, family member, etc. the QR code can be downloaded to your Apple Wallet just that easy!!

Trying to adjust my membership

Love the car wash, but when I went into the app to modify my car wash preferences I was unable to do anything since that app wouldn’t respond to my touchscreen.

Stop the txt already

Joined the car wash club. Soon after I start getting a txt message every time I get a wash.

Text back to STOP but they don’t take no for an answer. I finally canceled my monthly plan after getting fed up with them.

Takes money

Keeps taking my money for 4 months after I’ve tried to cancel D/T sold my truck. Have called and left several messages and emails but no one will call me back and keep taking money from my account!!!! Poor way to do business!!!!

Doesn’t work with basic security settings

I don’t want or need you to track me or know where I’m at~at all times or ANYTIME time for that matter, and ALL people who care about their security and privacy use vpns, but this app doesn’t support security or privacy for you. It just tracks you, so this app is absolutely pointless and useless to normal people. All I need is an app that I can look up close locations by zip code and adjust the payment for my vehicles. This app won’t even let you in it unless you give them permission to constantly track you. It’s Conserva-pedo level surveillance and it’s just plain creepy. Please fix

App has crashed after update. Does not load and after a few seconds it says “error has occurred please try again later” thank goodness i had canceled my sub a few weeks back.

Tap into the app and get an error about no service. This has been happening for months. The app is up to date and I’ve even deleted and reinstalled.

Many app functions not working

Bringing in my membership and wash history worked fine. However, updating my address and changing my payment method both failed. The app said it had updated these, but remained with the old data. I even gave it 24 hours. Hasn’t updated. I love the car washes, but the app is not working properly.
