The worst app ever
This has absolutely got to be the worst app I’ve ever come across. And I’m not being dramatic. I’ve not encountered anything worse than this. I tried about a month ago to start the setup and it couldn’t even send me a verification email. So tonight I decided to try again and that’s at least worked. But now I can’t even get connected to misty. All the credentials are correct from the serial number to the WiFi name to the WiFi password. And now it’s created its own WiFi network AND I DONT EVEN KNOW THE PASSWORD TO IT. I’m sorry but what??? And from all the reviews I can see the developers haven’t once bothered to respond and clearly they’re not trying to improve this app. I regret ever buying misty and will deter anyone from doing so in future. Absolute rubbish.

Useless
Can’t connect despite following the instructions. Unit seems to time out and power down in less time than it needs to connect

The cloud and app has been nothing but trouble and in all honestly has been a waste of money. The app constantly doesn’t work (currently is not loading at all), the sync between the app and the device is poor, and the temperature reading also seems inaccurate. I’ve already done a factory reboot and going to have to do another now as it’s not working and I have no night light to change nappies by! Really annoyed!!!!

Very poor considering product price
I love most of the sweet dreamers products and this thing is cute but without the app it functions basically as an expensive thermometer. The app allows you to play some light shows and use as a clock but it doesn’t work as such due to the app issues.
It says connected when quite often it isn’t. Even when it is, the lag is so frustrating it can take minutes for anything to happen. Since using the app, if I just want the temperature and not a light show then I can’t have any lights on at all. All in all very frustrating and given the price of the product a real let down.

Very glitchy and unreliable
Idea is good but the app is very glitchy. It logs you out a lot, connection drops, the lag between pressing buttons in the app and it happening on misty is ridiculous. The time is quite often wrong so you have to manually use the buttons to change modes etc, makes me doubt the temperature reading and whether it’s reliable.

Idea is good and could be very useful but app freezes and connection to misty drops/lags all the time. This means you have to manually operate the light and the clock often reads the wrong time. Light also needs the ability to set timers for how long light is on.

ALWAYS freezes!!
If you actually want to use this as more than just a light, for example logging feeds then i wouldn’t bother! It constantly freezes and you always have to shut down and re-open the app! Would not recommend
This thing is awful
Absolute rip off can’t get it to connect to the internet even after splitting it and following all instructions the buttons seem faulty and loose and the temperature function doesn’t work!!!

App downloads fine but will not allow to login. Would be great to use the app otherwise this is just a room thermometer.
My daughter loves Misty!
I have been using this as a sleep trainer for my daughter and it works wonderfully. She loves the different colours and really understands the concept. Very easy to use at bedtimes! Would recommend.

Helpful with our newborn
My wife and I have been using the app to log feeds and nappy changes with our son and have found this helpful. All the other features seem to be working well, we mainly leave the cloud in temperature setting and receive the push notifications. Like that you can still access the notifications and nursery data remotely. We plan to use this with our toddler as a sleep trainer in future. Haven’t tried the Alexa setting yet as we have a Google home device so can’t comment on this.

Great App & Very User Friendly!
Love this app, it’s very user friendly in terms of setup and navigation! Also love the push notifications I receive regarding keeping my son’s nursery temperature at an optimal temperature - would highly recommend!
