Mitra Service Engineer

The Saathi Service Engineer app is an app for the MITRA Technician who are on fields and who looks after the complaints logged by the customer via Saathi MITRAApp. In the app, technicians can accept new complaints or delegate complaints to another technician. When technician accept complaint it navigate to pending complaint in this section technician take action on complaints. He resolve complaint issue either online or offline assistance. In this app customer and technician can also use chat and video calling functions
