The Mitram™ APP (Measurement-informed Treatment Assistant for Mental Health) is a smart phone application to allow you to complete clinical rating scales and assessment tools as assigned by your healthcare professional and share the results with your healthcare professional. . Overview of MITRAM™ System The Mitram System is a smart phone-based platform to help patients and their healthcare professionals utilize clinical rating scales to measure mental health. Healthcare professionals working in participating organization can assign assessments to their patients in a secure way, who in turn can fill out the assessments and submit them using the MITRAM APP on their phones. A patient healthcare professional can view the results on a secure web-based portal. Participants are permitted to use the Mitram APP only after they have discussed with, and received login credentials from, their healthcare professional. Only use Mitram as directed by your healthcare provider. If you are not receiving treatment from a participating organization, please do not download the app. Mitram is not intended to be used to diagnose, prevent, or treat diseases or other conditions.
