Fantastic potential!
I have been using the MITSBus app for almost a year. It does have quite a bit of information about routes, eta, and the live location of the bus for a chosen route. It updates and adds new features regularly. It has some broken links, and that will get better with updates. This app can be extremely useful to navigating through Muncie. (Whenever I can’t find info on the app, the website is a reliable alternative. Especially the trip planner)
Unfortunately, (quite possibly old phone issues) I have troubles with the real-time location being available, eta updates are not in real-time. The busses sometimes share routes with their “partner” driver, and “top of the hour” departures may have an alternate route for “bottom of the hour” departures.
Location updates- reliability seems to be 50/50 for real-time gps bus locator (again quite possibly old phone issues). When the route is chosen, the little bus icon may or may not appear. I have noticed that when it does appear, the location is accurate.
I think this app and the MITS service are highly VALUABLE and I can’t wait to see the next update!

Could be better
You should put a message that indicates if there aren’t any more busses in the day, or if there’s no busses at all for the day.
Functional, but inaccurate
I just moved to Muncie for school. As such, I needed to rely on this app. It's functional. It shows routes, stops, and a rough schedule.
However, the stops shown on the map are not always the same as where they actually are. Tracking buses is very buggy and the bus I personally needed to get on didn't even show up on the app.
One star is a tad low. 1.5 is more accurate. Again, the app works. That alone is worthy of at least some praise. However, the GPS features, the most important part of an app like this, are flat out wrong, and can serve to harm those who need this app.

Massive Step Backwards
Unintuitive. Confusing. It is a huge step back from the last app.
It is unfortunate that the developer did not entertain the target demographic when designing this app. Many of the local users are disabled and impoverished. Even for tech savvy youth, this app is convoluted at best.
