App is stuck and not usable anymore

I tried to use the app on a public WiFi connection to purchase international data pack. The app is now stuck in the public WiFi login screen!!

Bestille datapakker

Appen er så tung og laster ned masse unødvendig grafikk før du klarer å bestille datapakker. Dermed har du minst brukt en hundrelapp til svinske priser før du klarer å aktivere pakken. Typisk Telenor å rævkjøre brukerne...

Failure

I heard a good review from a relative about the App, but it's downloaded and asks you to create a password it just doesn't work. You never get the confirmation of your password. I'm trying for 5 days and they never answer.
