I paid for extra tokens, but my unused balance disappeared. I also never received the promised rewards. I contacted support several times through IG and email, explained the issue three times, and then they stopped responding. My tokens were never restored and I received no refunds or solutions.

Идеи для генераций очень хорошие… но на этом, пожалуй, плюсы заканчиваются. Все генерации видео платные, предлагают 2 подписки: на месяц и годовую. Я решила взять на месяц, на минуточку почти за 2000 руб)) И каково было мое разочарование, что в эту сумму входят всего лишь 60 токенов, чтобы вы понимали большинство генераций именно одного видео стоит 50.. то есть эта подписка на одно видео и то не факт, что оно получится. Я сгенерировала с сюжетом фильма из человека паука, и видео получилось ужасное, точнее оно красивое, но на нем точно не я(( А все, токенов то осталось очень мало, дай бог на несколько фото хватит🤡 цирк вообщем, впустую потраченные деньги

Credits disappear
I had a subscription, but by the third week, my credits had disappeared. The app doesn't recognize my subscription as active, even though I'm being charged for the service. The option to contact technical support isn't working, and I sent an email but haven't received a reply.

Não funcionou comigo, sumiu meus créditos, entrei em contato com suporte não obtive resposta, até agora.simplismente sumiu com meus créditos. Esse e-mail que eles dão aqui no suporte pra gente contactar não funciona eles nunca me responderam.

Promete coisas no app que não cumprem! Comprei o PRO e fui usar o AI prometido e tive algo completamente diferente. No app não da pra mandar mag se ajuda . Muito golpista esse aplicativo
