App not working not getting my

I have been utilizing this application for approximately one year and unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties in receiving the credits that I have purchased. There seems to have been a double charge for support services. I am uncertain about the situation, however, it appears that funds have been taken without authorization and I am struggling to retrieve my credit tokens. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

очень дорого, я лучше нашла

ужас. я зашла, мне почти сразу плашку с подпиской суют. незакрываемую!! впервые такое вижу💔 ну оплатила. поделала фото 20 минут, токены кончились, хотя я оплатила 500 рублей за неделю. спасибо, отменила подписку и удалила) если кому надо, я нашла где дешевле фото делать, в тг есть канал mikugpt, я зашла и там был бот, зашла, выбрала там модель скинула ей фото с парнем попросила нас на мальдивах сделать, она сделала идеально будто это реальная фотка😭 я не могу девочки, пробуйте🙏💋

Limit reached after 3 videos on subscription

500₽ почти стоит сделать штук 10 фото, хотела вообще понять как работает приложение.

Дают 30 токенов на 500₽. Чтобы вы понимали, видео одно стоит сделать 26 токенов

Здравствуйте! Разъясняем условия: недельная подписка открывает доступ ко всем функциям и включает 30 токенов на неделю. Расход токенов: фото – 1 токен за генерацию, «Оживление» (видео-анимация) – 6-8 токенов за один клип. Отсюда варианты использования, например: 30 фото, или 3 видео-анимации + 10 фото, или 1 видео-анимация + ~20 фото и т.д. Вы в любой момент можете докупить нужное количество токенов/аватаров по желанию.

Good but not value for money

Though the app creates great content, the pay packages aren’t value for money, you don’t get much for what you pay for

Scam!

Purchased tokens (on top of paid subscription) and the app never worked to generate any videos, then they made my 100 unused tokens turn into 10. Scammers

Doesn’t work at all

I generated 30 pictures and gave me gray fonts and nothing else. Don’t waste your money and your time with this one. Support doesn’t even reply back and the app is bugging.

Very impressed

I'm a graphic designer and have tried several Ai apps and studied various prompts for best results, this app has outperformed any of the others I've tested. Just signed up for the annual membership and excited to explore the new upgrades!

Вообще не понравилось приложение…… Из 50 фоток отредактировал нормально только 3… 3 фотки за 500р….. и то их пришлось в фотошопе дорабатывать чтоб более менее похоже было….. и не понятно где теперь отменить подписку…. Не хочу чтобы потом опять деньги списали не понятно за что. Поддержка не отвечает
