Same problems different year
Still the only way to add new drivers (new hires) is to delete the app and reinstall it and then re-select all of the people you already had plus add the new guy. The same goes for new assets! The only way to add them to this app after they have been added to your group is to delete the app, reinstall the app, and then re-select all of the units you already had there plus whatever edition is now there thanks to the reinstallation. My organization has hundreds of groups and tens of thousands of employees and since the window won’t scroll so you can read the full group name it is a crapshoot to get the right one! Do the developers not use this stuff? So frustrating!

Great layout and mobile functionality
One of the best fleet management mobile apps out there. Simple to use but not too dumbed down from the web interface, the basic information like “who went where when and how did they get there” is immediately available. Limited reporting and visual data representation gives the mobile manager many of the tools without having to be tied to the laptop.

Issue
Please assist - we are having issues with the app. When we open it all is fine but if you minimize the app and return to it there is an error “failed to push permission”. Means we have to close the app and login in. Annoying. Please help.
Settings are not sticky
Regular app updates are great but not at the cost of having to re-select vehicles and drivers, which is a very time consuming task. Settings should stick from update to update.

Thank you for your feedback. We recently did a major upgrade from R17.15.17 to R20.4.6 that will unfortunately wipe your selection criteria from before the upgrade. Future regular maintenance app updates will retain your selections. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Regards
Does not work
