Updated: Able to go live on iOS 18

Thanks for the update to the app to go live. Running iOS 18 on iPhone 16 Pro and the stream is no longer stopping after 10-15 seconds.

Bad customer service

The only way to communicate with this company is thru email and they refuse to give a number to call. They are completely unwilling to help and have a blanket response of the terms of use. Absolutely a money grab and will not offer any form of a refund once payment is submitted.

Inaccessible desktop app

Unfortunately their desktop app is not accessible for those who are blind, I reached out several times but I have never got a response to my dilemma.

Great App!

I use this app for a Podcast. We are a small group. But when ever I have had an issue their customer service has been extremely responsive. And very patient. My listeners love the chat feature the feel very much apart of what we do. I have an international listener group. Your friends from All Things SR!

Misleading they are charging money when there are plenty of free options

Thanks for your feedback. Currently you can broadcast for free using our Lite plan, with which you can broadcast for up to 30 minutes per day.

Rubbish

I started a recording, and couldn’t hear my voice! I also enabled microphone and still couldn’t hear anything! Then I clicked help, and it said use the headset, but when I did that, I still couldn’t hear anything! What is this?????

Buggy

Used to work flawlessly but latest update is quite buggy. Screen gets stuck on the "connecting to audio" even though stream has started. Sometimes it won't show the number of viewers or comments button.

Second issue is if a call comes in between the stream ends but on the screen it doesn't indicate this so I assume the stream is still on but users later tell me it had ended.

Work to be done. Considering I am paying for this I am hoping for a fix to this.

My phone is iPhone 13 pro max and ios version is 16.1.1

The old version was much better and easier to understand and work wish I didn’t upload the new app the old one worked just fine

Removed Way To Monitor Sound Levels!

This app is an early April Fool’s Joke isn’t it?
Whoever decided that broadcasters wouldn't be able to listen in to what they were broadcasting in order to check levels and sound quality obviously doesn’t have a clue about what users need - let alone want from your app.

And no I’m not referring to “listening to other folks shows” so don’t peddle that same old excuse again please developers.

This is so breathtakingly a bad idea it will do nothing other than drive former loyal users like me away in droves. Fix this dead horse and I’ll maybe be back but I’m not spending good money on this piece of rubbish!

Don’t really like this new update

The app was running fine off the older version of this app now the new creator app is not like the old version so therefore I am un happy with this new creator app you can’t do anything with it.

Unable to listen as participant

The new version doesn’t give me the option to broadcast and listen as well. If I want to listen to other broadcasters on Mixlr, I can not do so whereas the old version had the flexibility.
