Best free music mixer
Most of the other mixing apps are just useless with in app purchases. Grateful to the developer for doing this for free, it’s because of people like them we still have some faith in humanity.
Import from iTunes no longer working
Couldn’t fault the app for a long time. The import from iTunes feature stopped working and the team have not been helpful in any way to sort the issue.
Junk
Kidding right? The most basic operation of aligning tracks, but this junk snaps you out of the most basic function. You cannot align tracks because of a non controllable snap to grid function, that continues to shove your audio anywhere it wants. This looked promising, but basically junk.
Recording Studio in the Pocket
Started a music project in 2022. And, MixPad is one of the top three recording, mixing and editing tools\apps that is fundamental to my music making and publishing processes.
My Rating
I think it’s pretty good actually. You can even remove vocals! Be careful though! On my computer when I got it after a while of being able to save, you had to pay to do it. I’m not sure about iPads, but you definitely have to do it on a windows computer. Try it! It’s great!

Could be fantastic but latency issues ruining it. Record one track and then another and they are out of sync by a few seconds. This can be adjusted by moving the track but doing so is laborious, especially for multiple tracks. Also, seems pointless to have a loop feature that applies to all tracks rather that have an ability to loop just one track ie the beat track. Trying to extend. Track is excruciatingly difficult!
Finally, how on earth do you delete a beat in beat maker. Apparently it’s a long press on the beat but this doesn’t work……incredibly frustrating.

Habe das monatliche Abo für 1,49 Euro damit ich gut ausprobieren kann und ich muss sagen dass diese Application das beste für iPad ist was an Mixen von Music angeht! Ist ähnlich wie Magix Music Maker auf dem PC und das finde ich sehr gut! Mann kann Musik aus dem NAS Server oder iCloud über Dateien runterladen… Jeder Titel kann man einzeln bearbeiten, vergrößern usw… insgesamt kann man aus beliebigen Titeln einen guten Mix erstellen 😉… wer so etwas sucht ist hier richtig 👍

Slow, but a Powerhouse
Currently have the free version: I’ve been looking for a long time for an iOS app that would allow me to edit the 3-4 hour long recordings of me and my friends playing ttrpgs. Every other program I’ve tried has failed or been at least 30 bucks, but this one has served me well! I do admit to not having used many of the tools yet (mostly just been importing in the files and exporting with some sound tweaks) but since this app hasn’t died on me yet I’m hoping to do some actual editing with it soon. I’ll update once I have used it more, but for now, 10/10 it is a bit slow but is an amazing powerhouse for those who cannot afford pcs.

Genau das habe ich gesucht
Ich bin mit der Kaufvariante äußerst zufrieden. Ich nehme meine mp3's vom IPad pro und mische mehrere Spuren neu zusammen. Effekte dazu, Projekt in mp3 rendern und fertig. Alles super!!! Einziger Minuspunkt......WavePad von NCH Software gibt es auf Deutsch. Warum nicht MixPad ???

Mic latency issue
Crippling latency issues when multitrack recording, no reply to my support request. I will be seeking a refund.
Disappointed
This app doesn't let you export the audio onto your device & plays the exported audio in the app itself. Wasted so much tine editing a project just to not have it export on my device. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Also an alle die schonmal mit Mixpad gearbeitet haben am PC zum Beispiel. Ich warne euch. Dieses App ist so schlecht programmiert das es keine verschieden Sprachen gibt. Man kann in seinem eigenden Song nicht scrollen oder reinzoomen. Ja nicht mal zu einer bestimmten Stelle kannst du gehen ohne das entweder diese Stelle in endlos Schleife abgespielt wird oder du das komplette Projekt verschiebst….. An die Entwickler dieser App: wie kann man nur soo dermaßen verkacken. Ich liebe Mixpad und die Werke die ich damit auf den PC erschaffen durfte aber diese App ist ein Fail der seines gleichen sucht

Nch MixPad is supposed to be freeware it a complete con.
Go on windows not ipad and it’s free. Rip off completely limited you can look at it but can’t use it because you have to purchase a monthly subscription connnned!!!!
