Add a true dark mode
Needs a true dark mode and also give the option to disable queue completely as I can’t go back to previous song from an album unless I go back a manually chose the previous song.
Other than that it’s a good app and will change my rating and also purchase it if I see any changes.

Beautiful music player, only missing one feature
The only feature the player is missing is variable playback speed. Other than that, I love the app and can’t recommend it enough.

Thanks for giving it a try and the feedback! I can most likely add this, but I'm at a bit of a loss of how to show it in the UI. Would it apply for the whole app, do you want to be able to access it from the NowPlaying screen?Could you please email me from the contact details in the app Settings and I can see what I can do! :)
Does this only work with your Apple Music library? I see no option to add your own files to it.
This app would be a thousand times better if it allowed you to import your offline media files.

Hi, thanks for trying the app out. Mixtapes is currently only compatible with music that you load through iTunes/Finder or your Apple Music library. There are no current plans to be able to add your own files and this is not mentioned anywhere as supported, I'm sorry you got the wrong idea! It's not feasible currently due to additional complexity.
Multiple queues ftw
The only music app for iOS that I could find to support multiple queues. The developer is extremely responsive and has already added 2 improvements at my request.
Use this music app to switch up your moods/vibe picking up where you left off last time instead of starting all over. I look forward to more improvements to come (if I have anything to do with it)

Multiple queues!!
Over the last week or so I have tried loads of music apps, including the very famous ones.
What I have found is that most apps use the Apple Music player to play music. This means that the music you play in the Apple Music app is also the music that plays in the third-party app. This does not help you manage playing different things - listening to long albums or playlists, and then you want to explore something else or the kids want something on.
This app is great. Not only does it play independently of the Apple Music app, you can manage multiple queues so you can keep track of various things that you are enjoying.
It works really well.
