Good product, but such a buggy app
This is a good little company with nice product, but the app is buggy from end-to-end. A well working app is brass tacks for success, get this fixed.
Shocked
I was shocked at the international fees. I have not paid for this before. I also thought you were a Canadian company. I love your company but will be looking for a new CANADIAN company from here on in.

My first order arrived yesterday. They are adorable, high quality picture resolutions from my IG! So far, all sticking and no wall damage! More importantly, excellent customer service! My order was delayed at customs and the team gave me 15% off each order - just because! They were expedient in their replies, too. Im already looking at ordering more!

Very expensive
We are happy with the photos we received, but it was too expensive. We decided to go with it as it was a birthday present for a family member and we decided to pay the price on this occasion. But when we received the tiles, we had a tax of $33 to pay! This, because the tiles were sent from outside Canada, yet as we ordered from Mixtiles.ca we thought we were ordering from a Canadian company.
Although the product is nice, this is the first and last time we will buy Mixtiles because the price is ridiculous

4 squares for an address in Canada $75 that’s crazy. Was a nice idea but I’ll put holes In the wall and get my pictures done at Walmart for half the price
LOVE my Mixtiles!
The quality of my photos turned out fantastic. I love them! The customer service was above and beyond. I received a personal email after I placed my order telling me when I could expect to receive my order (bonus: it arrived sooner!). They would also make great gifts for anyone! I can see myself ordering more Mixtiles in the future :)

Pictures are great quality and the shipping is fast. Customer service is very good. The app is very easy to use.
Very happy with the tiles
Great product and such simple process! Delivery is very fast! Keep in mind a strip is cut off the bottom of the picture! Mallory was exceptional in terms of customer service! Would recommend this to anyone! Makes great decoration before Christmas! Thank you.
It’s expensive styrofoam
I was excited about trying these out because I think the idea is interesting, especially for a small apartment space like mine.
A little concerned about paying almost 100$ for 5 squares, but was confident they’d be good quality (you get what you pay for, right?).
They’re not. The image itself looks fine, but it’s glued to styrofoam, the same kind you can get from an art store for like 5$. I could probably make this at home for a fraction of the price.
Mixtiles staff, use better quality materials and maybe it’ll be worth it for your consumers. Until then I will not be buying again.
On another note the shipment came 4 days before it was supposed to so shipping speed was great!

Cheap
I can’t believe I paid $59 for 3 pieces of styrofoam with a picture printed on it with 4 pieces of double sided tape. These are not tiles, these are styrofoam squares.
App doesn’t work
I was excited to place my order - it would be a great Xmas gift. But the app does not allow me to select my shipping address and therefore unable to complete my purchase. Nice idea but the product doesn’t work.
Way too much expensive
Guys, let's just clear a thing, you have not reinvented the wheel. It's a good idea, but seriously 3 tiles for 60$ is just scandalous lol. (Then 12$ per additional tile)
I do think this app is a great idea, the concept and everything, but like 200 bucks for ten printed photos is ridiculous.

Very quick and good quality
I have never left a review ever but I tried this out on a whim and after getting the first twelve up on my walls.... I’m addicted. I want them everywhere lol. Great product.

Fast and good quality
I’m not one to leave reviews but I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the product. I agree it’s a little pricey, but I was impressed enough to order another set. Great way to showcase our projects at work and my fun family time at home.
More sizes and options as well as customer loyalty/reorder discounts would be nice.
