Hi there! We appreciate you sharing your experience. Live wallpapers require at least iOS 17, since Apple only reintroduced lock-screen animations in that version. Most times, the fix is simple: make sure “Live Photo” is selected in your wallpaper settings, or follow the quick setup guide in the app (tap the upper‑right corner on the wallpaper page).
