About

Star Battle is a beautiful, quietly addictive logic puzzle — think of it as a cross between Sudoku and Minesweeper. Place two stars in every row, every column, and every colored region, with no two stars touching, not even diagonally. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and you can always reach it by logic alone. No guessing. Ever. Made the way games should be: • No ads. No pop-ups. No interruptions. • No timers, no lives, no energy, no streaks to keep alive. • No in-app purchases and no "premium" — everything is included, free. • No account, no sign-up, no tracking. Works completely offline. 105,000 puzzles across 7 difficulty levels, from Very Easy to Master. Whether you have two minutes or two hours, there's always a fresh board waiting. Learn as you play. Stuck? Ask for a hint and the game teaches you the actual technique — by name, in plain language — from simple spacing rules up to advanced deduction. You don't just solve puzzles; you get better at them. Thoughtful, respectful features: • Hints that teach, not just reveal. • Check My Work — catch a mistake without spoiling the answer. • Auto-eliminate — mark the ruled-out squares for you, when you want it. • Unlimited undo and redo. • Every assist is optional and always one tap away. • A gorgeous dark theme, easy on the eyes for long solves. • Universal — plays great on iPhone and iPad. Just the puzzle, done well. No ads. No tricks. Just play. From Good Faith Studio.

What's New in Mizar

1.1

The biggest update since launch — all about helping you learn to solve: • All-new hints. Ask for a hint and it shows you the exact move right on the board — the square to play outlined in red, and the row, column, or region that forces it in blue — with a plain-English reason. Tap "Learn more" to jump straight to that technique in the guide. • Rebuilt How to Play guide. Every solving technique is now taught on a real, full-size board, worked step by step — so you can get better without ever guessing. • Each level now shows which techniques it uses, so you know what you're getting into. • Puzzles now play in order, and each one is numbered (Level 1 · #217) — your level progress is real progress. • New Reset button clears your marks without changing the puzzle. • Smarter auto-mark: tap a star back off and the X's it added clear with it. Still no ads, still no tricks. Thanks for playing.
