Don’t DL if you’re trying to get potholes fixed
Yeah I put in multiple requests for 10+ potholes in our area, even called for another confirmation number. Still no one showed up.

Many links to app pages do not work in the app - for example, the Dockless Scooter Problems link produces a “requested page not found error.” Please fix - thank you.

I use this app to report potholes and they get filled it! You can report other things as well, so it’s super handy and seems to work well.
Not a noise nuisance button?
I’m sorry but calling for a noise nuisance is not something anyone wants to do when their tired and waken up . Easy fix would be a button to report and record a video of the noise . Just upsets the suspect more

Quick Response to request for action. 2nd time using this app to report a hanging light and now a plowed down sign. Both were taken care of in less than 24 hours! Not useful
Example: No Mow May Registration is not accessible when using this app. In fact, nothing is searchable!
Needs improvement
When initially created the app worked fine. In the last 2 years it does not get the information to the City. It just buffers until I close it. Should be fixed or taken down.

No longer working. Totally pointless app. Deserves zero stars. Shouldn’t exist.

Awful app
It currently just doesn’t work. It freezes and won’t send the form as soon as I hit the submit button. Prior to this, it at least worked, even if it was really hard to find the correct form for the problem. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Buggy and not user friendly
As a person that sees the City of Milwaukee as a partner as we improve each neighborhood this app could be so much better. It is very buggy as it is sometimes difficult to attached pictures, the “next button” does not appear in the upper left corner and the app is not user friendly. I have to continue to retype my name and contact information for each report and when looking for where to place the report terms like trash or car is not recognized.

Was a great app.
Needs some edits
Very comprehensive list of requests, but the app is not intuitive for the user. The app needs a tutorial or help menu. It appears lots of users failed to enter a location address with their requests because they didn’t notice the “Next” link in the upper right portion of the screen after they attempt to enter an address.
