A Blatant Scam
Used the app to prepay for parking and it charged me as well as didn’t let me park when I arrived at the airport. They also charged me a second time for parking when arriving at the airport and refused to refund my money due to “policy”. This app is a flagrant scam meant to take hundreds of dollars from you and leave you stranded.

Bare bones app but works every time
Never had an issue booking reservations. Just make sure you are a couple hours in advance of start time and have card updated on file. Pretty sure that resolves all the issues people are complaining about here.
App doesn’t work
Downloaded because I’m going on a long trip next week and wanted to reserve a spot in the saver lot. App won’t take reservations at all. Decided to book at a different lot nearby.
Unable to book
App gives errors when trying to book.
Unusable
Buggy, can’t actually make reservations.
