My account got locked for 4 days because I disputed a charge that I didn’t do on my account.. I have spent plenty of money on the game… they called it “disruptive behavior“.. guess I wont be playing their game again..

Real review from a 2 year player
I played over 2 years. I spent real money every month on the gems and even some of the passes. Update 2.0 destroyed this game. They took away Star up tickets and replaced it with having to get SS players to grind to Star up. Makes the grind that much longer and not new player friendly. Also they changed the daily challenges to some friend community thing that made 0 sense. I quit playing and won’t go back. It’s a shame after 2 years and all I’ve done. It is now a chore to do the game and play, it feels like work not fun.

Controlled
Game feels like it’s controlled. Hit it perfect with my best player bases loaded and it’ll be a tinky fly up but if I do it with my worst player and no one on base a ball half way in the power zone is a home run doesn’t make sense. Also game is way to pay to win if you don’t have time to grind multiple hours your going to have to pay before you actually start having fun

Game sucks and cheat . All it want u to do is spend moeny. Will give u a 100 SS hitters and no SS pitchers like that make sense . U can hit a ball in the k zone and hit it perfect catcher still will catch it and u will be out 🗑️

Love the game but if you want Next Level you got to add Challenges where the ump. misses calls and you can challenge. And needs a pitch count so you know how many pitches you have thrown. Thank you for understanding.
Worst App and Customer Service.
I used to like this game and app until I tried to open it and got a message saying I was permanently banned for “disruptive behavior.” I have never done anything to warrant this. I don’t chat, all I do is play the game. One day I had tried to make some purchases but my card declined. With Apple they do not allow you to make any downloads or uploads until your purchases attempts are all paid for. So weeks after my purchase attempts I eventually paid for all of those. Well I gave the app then 24hrs as it says it may take for your purchases to arrive. Well I never got them, so I contacted customer service multiple times trying to rectify the situation to no avail, they just kept giving me a run around. So I put in claims for the purchases I did not receive. As the app says that since I was refunded for my claims that the purchases I never received would be deleted from my account. Well that is fine cause I never received them in the first place. This is the only reason that I believe can be why they banned me and that is completely unfair. I have spent many of hours and lots of money for things on this only to be banned for their negligence. Will never use a wild caly app again. Watch out users they will ban you for nothing and steal your money.

Player stances
The gameplay is great, collecting cards and building dream teams is fun. Except it feels like over half of the players have the same batting stance and it makes the game feel less realistic. Great game

Great game but….
This is an amazing game and it’s really fun the only problem is when I try to buy something with real money it takes FOREVER to load I once waited an hour for it to load and it still didn’t work but everything else is amazing.

You will spend days on a goal to pull an SS grade themed card , only to find out that in the fine print, despite the banner guaranteeing the SS theme card, you can and will be given a lower grade card. When I talked to customer service I was told that a S themed card was right and sufficient.
