I am extremely dissatisfied with the Mlite app. It was advertised as a trial, yet I was charged the full yearly fee without any clear consent or warning. The app is deceptive; it promised features that never worked as intended on my Apple device. Despite canceling well before the trial ended, Apple refused to refund my money, even after I appealed. Apple, as a platform, has failed to protect me as a consumer against this fraudulent app company. Moving forward, I will never trust Apple again, as they are supposed to stand against scams and deceptive practices in the App Store.
