Overcharging on delivery and clunky payment system
Good products , well packed . However charging for delivery for large orders as well. No Apple Pay makes it harder to pay.
Filled with Bugs
I’d seen this business advertised all over instagram so thought I’d give it a go. They had some decent offers over the UAE National day holiday and I was going to purchase. HOWEVER the app is so full of bugs that I just gave up, the amount of times the app skipped from one field to the next while completing my address made it impossible for me to order, no Applepay support (come on! it’s 2024) and no option to autofill from stored credit cards. And how many times do you want me to untick a box to decline emailed offers?
Look promising but if you can’t get the basic right and test your app prior to launch then you’ll just frustrate potential customers.
