High Cost, Poor Usability, and Questionable Ethical Standards
This is one of the most expensive dating apps on the market, yet its usability is extremely poor. It’s riddled with bugs! Core functions such as viewing likes, messages, and navigating the interface are unintuitive and unreliable. I have spoken with multiple users—particularly women—who consistently report difficulty using basic features, which fundamentally undermines the value of a paid service.
Feedback to the development team has been met with defensiveness rather than accountability, which reinforces the impression that monetization is prioritized over product quality. The app aggressively pushes premium subscriptions while delivering a buggy, frustrating user experience.

Eat 100 dollars and cancelled my account no refund
It this app is a scam, they collect information as SSN, connect with credit score third part services and cancel only female accounts after collecting subscriptions. Wondering what they do the men left there with all information exposed.

Très cher, pas pratique, j’oubliais mon mode passe et je n’arrive pas lui récupérer car mon adresse e-mail il y un erreur de frappe ou correcteur, je contact le sévices client depuis des semaines et pas de solution, on parle avec des robots. J’e bataille pour supprimer ce compte. Aller plutôt sur d’autres sites mieux élaboré et plus pratique

Bad service and fake millionaires
Have been using this app for years but I haven’t find one quality person. Most of them are fake and old pervert men that only look for young or sugar baby.
The service miss leading and for some reason I didn’t do anything wrong but they blocked and ban me out of the app.
