What an absolute joke!
I signed up for this app only to be automatically rejected.
I’ve been on other dating sites that cater to wealthy men, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I completed the photo verification, and to my surprise, was put on a “waiting list.”
The only way to skip this was to pay over $99. I was actually considering paying it, but ultimately decided to wait and get a feel for the app first.
Then I was rejected.
I emailed them and even submitted an optional voice note - trying to vocalize why this might have happened.
Their response was: “Our users are required to follow our rules to ensure MM remains a serious, friendly, and safe place to be. Our decision about your profile will not be changed and no exceptions will be made.”
I uploaded real, non-revealing photos where my face was clearly visible, completed the verification process, and followed the requirements. Yet they refused to give me any explanation whatsoever. Now, they won’t even respond to my emails.
What a joke.
The only thing I can think of is that I have tattoos, and maybe that doesn’t fit their particular “aesthetic.” But who knows, because they won’t actually tell me. Regardless, that shouldn’t be considered a reason to reject someone from your website or app in the first place.
If you’re considering downloading this app, I would seriously think twice. Don’t waste your time or money.
