Maritime Tester
Using this for a Master 1600 Near Coastal upgrade and its been my main deck study tool. The assistant handles COLREGs well and gives you the rule number to verify in the actual rules. Explanations make sense, way better than the old PDF sets everyone passes around. On the engineering side its lighter though. I work dual capacity and the answers on boiler chemistry and auxiliary systems are more general than what the USCG tests. I just use my engineering textbooks for that and the app for deck content.
