The app doesn’t let me sign in with my account. I have tried to reset my password and never get the email the password reset email. I have tried just creating a new account, no luck. I have reached out to the company - no answer.

Great for dog parents

This app has genuinely impressed me. It's a must for pet parents to download. It offers a fantastic platform for connecting with fellow dog enthusiasts for arranging playdates, as well as being a useful resource for exchanging valuable information.

Issues

It signed me out and I can’t get into my account!!! And anytime I try to use my number to sign in and it ends up saying number already in use even doe I just used a verification code they sent me!

Mandatory phone number makes app undesirable

I’d love to try out this app… if they start allowing people to sign up using just email (like every other app in the world) then I definitely will. Until then, I will see this app as too much of a risk to my private information.

Why is number mandatory to create account? I find this very sketchy

I would like to use you app in theory but I’m not too comfortable with the mandatory phone number entry in order to make an account. Why isn’t an email address enough? Unfortunately, that makes me concerned that they immediately plan to sell my contact information to telemarketers, etc… Thus, I decided not to make a profile. I hope they allow for a reasonable signup process soon and end up actually providing the service that they advertise

Disappointed

I have been trying to sign up for the app, but as soon as I put my dog's name & breed in, the screen slides up and just turns white and you can’t proceed further. I have tested this both on my iPhone & iPad, both yield the same results… Hopefully this gets fixed, I would love to use the app.

Tried to sign up and it won’t let me.

I tried to sign up when i had bad Wi-Fi. Did it again when Wi-Fi was better and it says my phone number is already in use. Won’t let me log in or sign up properly.

So helpful for dog parents

I’ve wanted to find more dog friends for our 1.2 year old to hangout with. We have gone through so much training to correct his reactivity. I want him to be able to engage more with other dogs but we’ve had so many bad experiences with other aggressive dogs or handlers that aren’t really paying attention as their dogs are misbehaving and I don’t want ours to pick up that behaviour. This app helps to provide a screening you have an idea of the dog and their parent before deciding if it’s a good fit. I highly recommend this app and wish I knew about it when we were staying to socialise our dog when he was younger.

Pet profile glitch

Hi there! I just downloaded the app and started filling up my pup’s profile. However when I got to the questions “what best describes his?”, there is a glitch and gives me no option to pick or write my answers.

Great app with a few issues

I love the idea behind this and I plan on continuing to use it but the profile can be hard to fill out as I couldn't see what I was typing in the box and doesn’t allow enough characters to write anything worthwhile about my dog. I’d like to see more information on other profiles as well so I have a better idea of personality and potential issues.

Best. App. Ever!

This is the absolute best app I’ve used to date for connecting with other dog parents. After getting my puppy, I longed for her to have other dog friends, but it was so difficult to actually make any. Since using this app, it has helped me cultivate so many more connections with dogs and dog parents in my town. I couldn’t be more grateful for this app!
