OTC no permite al beneficiario añadir al carrito más productos y poder pagarlos con otros métodos de pago. Si queda un balance de una pequeña cantidad, el beneficiario podría usarlo pagando la diferencia. Otras compañías ya lo hacen. Deberían actualizar el sistema y la aplicación para beneficio de los beneficiarios de MMM.

Tengo problemas para acceder a la aplicación. No abre siempre reporta que hay problemas y no abre.

I have been using this app for over a year now. I get frustrated every time it asks for updates! That happens almost every 2 months! It has a whole bunch of glitches and still it hasn’t been fixed!
It continues asking for password when I have it with face recognition!! This app gets me annoyed!!

Es buena cuando trabaja hoy he tratado de conectarme en varias ocasiones y no conecta
Not user friendly
Majority of patients are not cyberwise. There are too many interruptions in digital service. Sometimes I’m just looking for balance of coverage( Like transportation) and the app will “ disappear and I have to wait till it loads again.
I can say medical services are quite good like when I visit my doctors I receive quality service. However I made “A Tu Mesa” grocery shopping on August 9, and had to file a complaint with the insurance company because three items were missing and after being attended by a service representative I had to make another call because like 19 days threshold was due and no answer has been received To this date( September 12)
So even though they say on my purchase history it was delivered completely this is not the reality.
I hope these issues be addressed properly

Problemas para entrar a la aplicación
Intento entrar y me sale una alerta d que tengo q hablar con mi proveedor d internet cuando antes nunca tuve problemas para entrar

La peor aplicación es está nunca abre no importa lo q hagas q lástima q un plan médico como éste no tenga una buena aplicación

Siempre está fuera de servicio. Aunque esté actualizada la aplicación no abre para poder hacer uso de ella.

Es mas el tiempo que está fuera de uso y onse puede acceder. Como plan médico le han fallado tanto al cliente eliminando exageradamente los beneficios. Tomen en cuenta todo esto y para el próximo periodo de inscripción, mejoren y aumenten los beneficios.
