Needs More Filters
I’m really glad there’s finally an app it makes browsing more convenient! However, I’d really appreciate having more filter options, especially for sizes and colors. It’s always hard to find the size I need, and it gets frustrating having to click on every item just to check. It would be so much better if I could filter by what’s available in my size and needs rather than spending an hour scrolling

International shipping is so expensive. More that the price of what i bought.
Poor customer service / Lack of order updates.
I ordered 2 shirts that supposed to be delivered within 1-3 days. Inorder ko ng weekend, so nung hindi dumating within the expected time frame I assumed na baka 1-3 business days so I waited. Hanggang nag 7 days I reached out thru IG and given na delay na yung order ko, they give me an option to have it delivered thru lalamove even here sa app ako nag order, and I HAVE TO PAY for the shipping and handling fee, I am willing to pay for the delivery fee, pero sa inconvenience ako naiinis. I’m so mad kasi gift yun and super late na so I asked again kung kelan ba talaga madedeliver, sabi after 2 days pa daw so I waited again. That 2 days passed, bale 9 days in total. I reached out again, this time I grabbed the opportunity to have it delivered thru lalamove kasi ang hassle na sa end ko, and when we’re on the process of preparing my order, One of the staff replied to me na “out of stock” na sa size na gusto ko :) like my order was 9 days ago pa diba? So naghintay ako sa wala?? Kaya nga I ordered online to get that specific design, color and size. Tapos isasagot sakin wala na? Dahil ba I didn’t pre-pay for my order kaya you don’t take me seriously? Like nakakafrustrate so I’ve gone ahead and cancel my whole order even though I love this brand so much for years now, I have to stop supporting business who doesn’t care about the customers. All I get was a generic apology. If you’re planning to buy, mas maganda in-store.

Missing Features
The app specifically lacks proper flow and thought that the team must improve. I was able to complete an order without an account to the app (which should not be possible in the first place to avoid confusion and to ensure the success of purchase), but it didn't reflect on the "my orders" section. Also, there should be a section provided where to contact or how to reach out customer services, and even social media platforms, for an easier transaction between the customer and the business.
