If you use Shopmetrics for reporting then this is a great mobile version of the same software.
Demo works, but that's it
After a couple of hours trying to register and get it up and running, it didn't work. Seem simple, user name, password, URL. Provided all and kept saying email / sync failed. Tired demo, that worked, but what's the point. Idea and demo good. Unfortunately need it to work outside of a controlled Environment. Also, looked for help out in the www and nothing. Fix it or advise how to resolve issue. Also, when running demo, cannot exit. It had to delete app and reinstall to have admin rights again.

How to use it? No info!
The app description says that the in-app help explains how to use the app, but it doesn't. There's no information about how to create your own surveys. How to or get hold of the response information?
Also there seems to be a considerable bug: once you have said you want to complete a demo survey, you can't get back to the home screen, you're stuck in a loop of 'click to start' and the survey pages. Why publish this if it's not ready for use?
