Much worse off than the previous version
The newer version has removed many of the functionalities that existed before. This makes this app mostly useable only for some types of payments.
For example, I do not see any options for roaming. I do not see any options for extending prepaid plan extension for anything beyond 30 days.

Prepaid expiration date not displayed
Ex-app had a function that displays a prepaid SIM card expiration date and on/off of international roaming. New app do not have these features.

Deeply frustrating
I’ve used the app for two years and since they started adding promotion pop ups to the launch screen it freezes the app, no checking data or buying credit. Not sure about the Mongolian version, but makes the English version absolutely useless. Pretty counterintuitive to use promotions to lock me out of buying credit.

No English support
As an expat in Mongolia, there is no English support for your services. On your website, English only gets you to the login screen and is exactly the same for your phone app. Once logged in both revert back to Mongolian.
