The support number is “Out of Service”!
I had a frustrating experience with this mobile app. I couldn’t even register, both online and through the app. The help hotline listed on their website is OUT OF SERVICE, which raises serious trust issues. If they can’t even manage basic support, how can I trust them with my financial information.
Hope a more serious player on the market will step up soon. There is definitely a demand for a trustworthy non-resident friendly mobile wallet that prioritizes security and functionality.

some bugs are still there
the app is really nice and user-friendly, it also has a beautiful design. The only problem is when I try to confirm any transaction either with a face ID or with a pin the app crashes which makes the use of mobidram extremely uncomfortable(not a fan of web version on a mobile). Please fix the bug 😕
