This app sucks.
This app is the worst app I have ever used. It’s slow it’s glitchy and it’s hard to navigate. Really have nothing good to say about it

Logging in issues
This is infuriating. Why can’t I just be logged in or use face ID. As a previous user has posted, everytime the app is used it requires a password, but then you can’t paste a password, and end up having to reset, every time. This is ridiculous in this day and age. Sort this out please.

Look, it's a pretty great app. I get good deals. However, I cannot for the life of me remember what my password is. I can't use your app because I get logged out between each time I fuel up. I go to input my normal password, it's incorrect. So is the next one I try, and the next one. I give up eventually and reset it. It can't be the same as the last 5. The only thing the app will accept is something I definitely won't remember because it's not one of the first 5 passwords I'll try. I have to go through this every time I fill up. Unfortunately with the prices right now I have no other choice because everywhere else is too expensive for me to justify switching over this. I get that it's for security, but honestly being able to access my account consistently matters more to me, because now I'm resorting to screenshotting the password or writing it down which is far less secure than just letting me stay logged in.

Broken and privacy violations
Shocking privacy overreach that it requires exact location before it lets you use your saved "card". Not only that but it didn't even apply the discount when I used it. Lazy, badly written, flawed app.

I was wrong
I previously left a scathing review after being stressed out about diesel prices and I thought the app lost my 15c off voucher. It wasn’t lost, I was just an over excited idiot lol.
Forces Location AND tracking
If you want to get the fuel discount you’ve got to turn on location data AND ad tracking. WHAT??! Never ever going back to Mobil.
How many updates do you need?
Almost every time I go to open this app it asks to be updated. It seems to work fine but that kills the user experience for me

User Beware! Unreliable app!
Whilst previously user-friendly, since 2026 it has been plagued with issues where vouchers are not scanning the correct discounts or when scanning the Mobil Smiles QR code, no discount is processed at the pump at all. A very unreliable app. User beware!!

Session times out…
If I need to login each time at the pump, this is going to kill the whole point of self-service and force users to visit the store and pay. Was this level of security intentional or did the Mobil app developers mess up with a perfectly working iOS app? It’s even more frustrating for us motorcycle riders, take of helmets before needing to visit the store to pay.
