Dated app
App will continuously crash when you go to login, I have to keeping opening the app 5-10 times before I can past the login option.
Also The app does what it needs to do, however it would be good to have notifications of when when you receive money or use your card.

Please update this app like the personal Danske bank app!its great, the business app is absolute junk
Never works
By far the worst business app I’ve ever used. I bank with a different bank for my other business and it is amazing compared to Danske
The worst banking app in the UK
I had been looking for a business account that still had branches in Northern Ireland and did not want it linked with my personal accounts (another big NI bank) so went with Danske as they had the 2 years free. This app is like something from 2007 when smart phones first became a thing. Not only do a need a tamagotchi like thing to log in, it’s just like something hard to navigate. I tried applying for a savings account and the app crashed and just doesn’t seem to be possible to do on IOS at all.
Have no idea how on earth to save a payee, i also tried online website and still havnt a clue. So un- user friendly. The branch have been fantastic every time im in, thankfully because the technology is stuck in the absolute dark ages. Needs a full revamp, need to be able to save payees as you make a payment. Easy selection way to pay payees. Please take a look at competitors apps such as Ulsterbank. At least the positive is you won’t be closing branches any time soon with this monstrosity of an app, it’s so backwards it makes me concerned having my funds in it.

I'm not even starting how old app's UI is. But forcing to log in with codes each time makes it useless.
Great App
Very useful app, really easy to make payments from my phone/tablet. Easy to use and very user friendly!
Solid app - could do with an update
Existing app is great, just a few suggestions. Being able to access both business and personal banking through one app would be convenient. Also needs touch or face ID support for money transfers. Existing security method of eSafeID is outdated. If you forget the device at home you cannot ebank. Full screen compatibility with Phone X.
