APP CRASHES
Not recomended it is a scam it conects to the dvr but when you try to open ot the app crashes

App works great on WiFi but needs to be updated to work with IPv6 using cellular on iPhone. *** If you run it through VPN on your iPhone, you can bypass the IPv6 limitation.

Crashes
The app works fine until it crashes when swiping to change the camera you’re viewing. It should also notify you to let you know that the IP address has changed so you can update it.
IPV6 phones issue
Phones that are LTE has IP IPV6.. They cannot connect to the cameras that way. They can only connect with phones that are connect to IPV4.
Example. My phone when on WiFi it can connect to the cameras. That is because when on WiFi it has IPV4.. When I turn off WiFi and connect to phone carrier with LTE OR 4G. My phone It connects to IPV6. It will not connect to the cameras.
Please update app to support IPV6.

Pi$$ poor
Desperately needs updating, takes a lot longer to load compared to other system/app’s (I’ve checked many systems) and even longer to view the dvr functions that more often than not stating “connection exceeds limits, or not valid request” this is completely unacceptable, I’m seriously considering getting a different system. Seriously guys get your s#!t together or get out of the business.

Guys please update the app to be support the resolution of devices with 5.5inch and 4.7inch.Also when I zoom to the camera will be very blurry please fix it because it's been more than 3 years and you still not update the app to support latest Apple operating system and all technology like 3D Touch support devices and to be support 64 bit devices.
Guys we pay for your app it's not for free but nothing works you should update and fix the app as quick as possible.

Worked for years, no longer does
All I get is "Failed to access DVR" error when trying to view on mobile network. It works just fine when I'm connected to Wi-Fi though. It's a real pity because we have invested thousands into DVR systems from CCTV Pros, but they've proven to be very unreliable as of late. We'll have to look at Nest or other mainstream CCTV systems because the support for this app is non existent.

Doesn't work
Hard to understand, couldn't figure it out. For $5 it should be up to speed with the simplicity competitors have. Bought different app and working great.

The App Support button takes you to a The CMS web page that is useless for reporting faults with App.
A while back I updated this App, via App Stores. It changed my previous version of CMS pro to one they is on Korean. I have had no luck contacting the App Support Team for assistance.

I bought cms pro and I see no difference between pro version and the free version. Did I waste my money????
Search function is poor
The camera view itself is not bad and easy to use. But you pay extra to be able to search and playback and it is not easy to do or very good. The page used makes it hard to find a specific time and there is no directions for use. Also as I write this the search function is not functioning. It just gives you the waiting symbol and never comes up with anything at all. I know this is a rather vague explanation but it would take even longer to get into detail.

Just stopped working
Working fine before, now can't access anymore with my iphone 5 since the upgrade
Audio button
The audio button doesn't work on the iPhone 5. It was working fine till the January 6 update.
Freezes won't load my cameras
Every time I put in my info it freezes and I have to restart my phone. I want my money back

I have 4 cameras and I check on my two dogs during the day when I at work It so easy to use and playback is very easy
No customer support
The developers do not respond to emails or feature requests. They also don't have an app for Windows Phone.
